The most important builders of the Empire go to the north of England, where the city of York and its wealth are to be protected by mighty walls. In Walls of York, the players build walls on their city plans according to the possibilities offered by the special building cubes.
The aim is to build the right Buildings according to the king's specifications and at the same time to wall up as many coins as possible. But when all the walls have been completed, the Viking hordes come, attack a player and tear down all the walls again. Then the rebuilding begins. But the Vikings who have not looted before are only waiting for their second chance.
Only the player who shows the most planning skill in both rounds of rebuilding can secure the most wealth for York in the end.
