Tomo's path to becoming a healer was a difficult one, marred by a tragic mistake that left them horribly disfigured and unable to practice medicine. But fate had other plans for Tomo, and they soon found a new niche as a healer for the lowest rungs of the Syndicate's employees.
Despite their unfinished and imperfect knowledge, Tomo has become highly valued for their ability to keep their clients' confidentiality and their sometimes-shocking methods of healing. Many patients bear terrible scars from Tomo's primitive and half-understood methods, but when the Magistrates or Prefecture Patrols are on your trail, sometimes there is no other choice.
Tomo's Heal(2) trait makes them of great use to the Syndicate, particularly when healing large, tough models like Buto. Their Cauterise feat is a niche ability but can be a lifesaver in the right circumstances, saving a lot of damage or even activations. And with the Unique Effect of their Kill or Cure feat, Tomo represents one of Silvermoon's new mechanics. While on full Ki, Tomo can use their Kill or Cure feat without restriction, potentially swinging the battle in their favor or against them.
As with all members of the Silvermoon Syndicate, luck plays a major role in Tomo's success. But with their unique talents and determination to overcome their past mistakes, Tomo has become a valuable member of the Syndicate's network of healers and operatives, providing a vital service to those who have nowhere else to turn.
