In the vast expanse of the sky, where visibility stretches far beyond the horizon, the sight of an airship looming on the distant clouds is enough to send shivers down the spine of any sailor. Unlike surface vessels, airships are spotted from a great distance, affording ample time for panic to set in before the inevitable confrontation unfolds.
This sense of impending doom is magnified when the approaching airship belongs to the Sultanate or the Crimson League, two formidable factions that strike fear into the hearts of their enemies for vastly different reasons.
The Sultanate's sky navy boasts well-trained marines, fiercely loyal and fighting for the glory of their Great Power. Their disciplined approach to warfare and advanced tactics make them a formidable adversary, instilling dread in those who dare to challenge them.
On the other hand, the Crimson League of Scheherazade presents a different kind of terror. This bloodthirsty band of Pirates, known for their ruthless plundering and merciless assaults, leaves no quarter for their victims. Their Janissary assault troops are feared throughout the skies, seizing whatever goods they can lay their hands on without remorse.
To make matters worse, some Skyships are equipped with underslung Sabiha attack fighters, unleashed to wreak havoc on ship defenses and soften up targets before the main fleet arrives. This coordinated assault leaves little room for escape or Resistance, as the full might of the airship armada descends upon its hapless prey.
As airship crews catch sight of their approaching doom, they know that their fate is sealed. Whether facing the disciplined might of the Sultanate or the savage onslaught of the Crimson League, there is no sanctuary in the sky. Only the cold embrace of defeat awaits those who dare to challenge the dread of the skies.
