Storm Dragon Guard
Storm Dragon Guard consists of Stormcast Eternals who ride Draconith as a result of the Draconis Pact sworn between Sigmar and the Dragon Princes Krondys and Karazai.
Draconith, unlike their Dracoth kin, are much more infatuated with warriors who excel at Conquest and battle. Typically, a Draconith spends months or even years eyeing a potential mate, and when the Stormcast Eternal pulls off a truly glorious feat, the Draconith descend to seal their Union by fighting side by side.
The Stormdrake Guard has the rank of Paladin, but reports only to the Knights-Draconis and the Lord-Commander of their Stormhosts. In battle, the Stormcast drivers fight with consummate skill while the Draconith devastates the enemy with its fiery breath and vicious claws. A single Draconith is equivalent to an entire squad, while a handful could turn the tide of a battle.
Stormcast Eternal is armed with either a Drakerider's Lance or a Drake Rider's Warblade. The draconith uses its natural fangs and claws as well as streams of wyrmflame. The type of flame depends on the realm in which the draconite was raised. If born in High Azyr, he would have a crackling electric flame, while the Draconith of Ghur has amber fire that leaves slag resembling hardened sap.
This multi-part plastic kit has 105 components with which to make two Storm Dragon Guardsmen in different poses, each armed with either a Dragonknight Lance or a Dragonknight Warblade. It also includes the option to build one of them as the Knight Draconis, a powerful hero who can support nearby Storm Dragon Guardsmen. This kit is supplied with two Citadel 105mm Oval Bases and two flying stands. These Miniatures come unpainted and require assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.
