Contrary to popular belief that Stormcast Eternals treats every problem as a nail to be pounded on with a hammer, there are those like the Vanquishers who prefer edged bladed weapons: These elite swordsmen meditate with their swords until their minds become one with them mystical blades. Vanquishers are masterful two-handed sword warriors proficient in counterattacking enemy units bound by Liberators and Vindictors. Wielding their Celestial greatswords with supernatural dexterity, each weapon has a shard of Celestium realmstone embedded in it, which these warriors meditate upon until they become one with their blades.

Vanquishers are so responsive to their weapons that the Celestium grants them fragmentary visions that greatly enhance their combat prowess, allowing them to easily feint and parry enemy blows before delivering their final blows. Vanquishers wear the new Thunderclap armor and long, loose robes over it. Some of them do without the helmets with the characteristic face masks with idealized features, whose forehead - as is usual with thunderclap armor - is decorated with the rune Grungnis, and fight bareheaded. They are armed with powerful two-handed swords or hand and a half swords. A squad is usually led by a Vanquisher Prime, whose armor is more ornate than that of the men (and women) under his command, and whose helmet is adorned with a plume in the chamber colors. Like the Vindictors, they often have a Stormforged Iconbearer in their ranks, as well as a musician called the Vanquisher Herald with a warhorn or fanfare.

This multi-part plastic kit comes as 172 components with which to make 10 Vanquishers, clad in elegant Thunderstrike armor and wielding powerful celestial greatswords. There are multiple building options within the kit and each miniature can be built with helmeted or bare heads.

Also included with this kit are options to build a Vanquisher-Prime, a Warhorn-wielding Vanquisher Herald, and a Storm-forged Icon Bearer. This kit is supplied with 10 Citadel 40mm Round Bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly.
