Bring your aquatic scenes to life with Splash Gel - Water Effect, a transparent acrylic gel specially designed to replicate the look of moving water, waves, and splashes with a stunningly realistic finish. This versatile gel is perfect for creating depth effects and realistic watercolors, making it ideal for naval dioramas or Scenery featuring smaller aquatic elements like river streams and puddles.

When applied, Water Effect dries within 24 hours, although drying times may vary depending on the thickness of the application. Its thick texture allows it to be poured onto various surfaces, including slopes, making it incredibly easy to use in a range of projects.

For the best results, it’s recommended to apply the gel in thin layers, adding additional layers as needed to build up the desired effect. While the gel is drying, you can model the surface using old Brushes, sculpting Tools, or toothpicks to create water wave crests, waterfalls, and choppy seas, among other effects.

Water Effect can also be diluted with water or acrylic thinner to adjust its consistency, and it can be mixed with other products in the same range or small amounts of acrylic inks to subtly alter the color.
