Sickblade Seeker

The Slickblade Seekers are the chosen mortal knights of the Slaanesh sybarites. They can no longer feel the satisfaction of killing an enemy from afar as they would as a Blissbarb Archer or Blissbarb Seeker - instead, they seek to hear the screams of the dying up close and the splattering of hot blood him, and their exalted steeds.

Slickblade seekers are immensely proud; They consider themselves princes of the battlefield and strive to surpass anyone who would contest that status. They were inspired by the Myrmidesh to perfect the art of high-speed slicing, and by observing Lumineth Cavaliers learned techniques for smashing through multiple enemies on foot without breaking the stride. To put the brutal warriors of Khorne to shame, they delight in decapitating enemies with a single blow, a feat that earns them great devotion and applause from any Blissbarb archers who follow them. Not only are these kills deeply exciting to other sybarites, but they also ensure a constant supply of severed heads for the Blissbarb's large censers, increasing the power of their arrows.

The Slickblade Seekers favor an intriguingly fluid and graceful style of war; Their blades spin and spin in combat, even as they ride hands-free on their dart mounts. Just as the Exalted Steeds' whip-like tongues lash out at nearby foes, the Slickblades use their polearms to split open skulls and lop off limbs, each striving for the perfect cut.

This kit comes as 114 plastic components with which to make five Slickblade Seeker miniatures (one of which can be the unit's leader, a Hunter-Seeker), and is supplied with five Citadel 75mm Oval Bases. Alternatively, you can build five Blissbarb Seekers.
