Shipping costs

You can choose between different shipping options at Kutami.co.uk.

Standard shipping is free of charge as long as you reach the minimum order value of 100.00 €. Otherwise, the standard delivery fee is €3.50. We will inform you about the estimated delivery time in your order confirmation email - however, this time may vary depending on the selected items and the shipping method. Every parcel is sent with a parcel tracking number via DHL. Delivery to a parcel station is also possible.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery (C.O.D.) Delivery by C.O.D. is also made via DHL and is subject to the same shipping conditions. In addition, there is a fee of 2€ which has to be paid directly to DHL for the cash on delivery handling and which has to be added to the price shown by us.

Shipping within the EU I

Euro I the countries listed below count to the Euro I area and are subject to shipping costs of 6,90€ up to 500€, above that the shipping is free of charge.

Countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Great Britain, Italy, Sweden)

Shipping within the EU II

Euro II the countries listed below are part of the Euro II area and are subject to shipping costs of 10,90€ up to 500€, above this amount shipping is free of charge.
