Rotbringer-Sorcerer
Rotbringer Sorcerers are Nurglite magic users of the Rotbringer armies. Their god often aids them in battle, blessing them with vitality, their master's support brings them great joy and makes them giggle with delight. Always eager to share and spread the gifts of Nurgle.
They usually start out as benevolent shamans or sorcerers who dam themselves to increase their knowledge or gain greater power in the fight against chaos. Otherwise, sorcerers dam themselves through stinginess and lack of caution, overinhaling a lungful of corrupted spores, or uttering a cursed incantation. Of course, many sorcerers rise from the ranks of the myriad mortal tribes and willingly pledge themselves to the plague god in exchange for his bounty and unnatural gifts. Although a wizard can lead a Contagium into war, many prefer to act as a twisted advisor to their Lords of Nurgle while furthering their own agendas.
Redbringer Wizards wield the powers of Decay, Entropy, and Rot. With a series of bubbling, guttural curses, they can turn their enemies' blood to brackish filth, summon flesh-eating plagues, cast devastating curses, and blow clouds of flies from their mouths. They can also shield their allies with roaring clouds of flies or bless them with copious pox, which bloat their bodies with rancid fat and thicken their skin to make them nearly immune to damage.
They can open their mouths wide and vomit streams of disease, filth, and unnatural rot. Created by channeling their god's rot, this stream of corruption is so powerful that it can drown or wash away those not killed by the infections in the fetid manure.
This multi-part plastic kit makes one Blightbearer Sorcerer with a choice of two heads, and is supplied with a Citadel 32mm Round Base. This miniature comes unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.
