Description
Of the Five Fortunes, rakki is the embodiment of luck. They favor those who take fate into their own hands, gifting or cursing them as they please. The happily laughing Rakki are unsurprisingly found near the Luck Houses of Jima, giggling to themselves as fortunes are won or lost by the roll of a Dice. Now, the Silvermoon can only benefit from these unusual Kami choosing to favor them with their talents.
