This miniature set is part of the NUKA WORLD wave for Fallout: Wasteland Warfare!

I don't think you can describe the leaders of the Disciples that way. It's not charisma that keeps Nisha at the top, but the constant threat of limb detachment for those who oppose her. Human resources at their finest. Such habits keep other Disciples close, like Nixie, with her girlish penchant for popping out eyeballs, or Savoy, whose loyalty to Nisha is only surpassed by the fact that he could really kill someone, like, right now.
