Made from very thin black pigment, Quickshade Dark Tone has proven a hit with evil armies of miniatures and models that require sharp contrast in colors and shades.
For example, it is great for gray, blue, and all types of armor. For the overall superior look of an army made for wargaming, you'd have a hard time beating Quickshade Dark Tone.
No more too much detail - When working on a set of mobs for a game, you can skip the time-consuming task of adding detail with different washes and colors. Just give them a nice even coat and let Quickshade apply even shading across all your minis.
Brush Method: If you prefer the brush method, use a brush that you don't intend to use for much else. The varnish leaves a sticky, oily residue that cannot be easily washed off with plain water.
The Quickshade is designed and formulated to work with 10-28 millimeter (mm) scale miniatures.
TIP: If the end result is too shiny for your liking, use The Army Painter Anti-Shine Matt Varnish (sold separately) to remove the shine and add more depth. Just a quick blast is all you Need.
