Old Dominion: Archimandrite

When the fall occurred, the great majority of Hazlia's priesthood was wiped out along with Capitas, the capital of the theocratic Dominion. Those who survive today and have embraced the mantle of the last creed are the spiritual descendants not of the central priesthood that was destroyed along with Capitas, but of the monastic orders that thrived beyond the reach of Capitas' influence. Among the oldest and most dangerous members of the last creed are the Archimandrites, all blessed with the ungod's hideous power and immersed in the mysteries and rituals of his dark church. Their monasteries were abandoned in exchange for cells deep in the bedrock under Capitas. These blasphemous Creatures command the absolute loyalty of a dozen or so Acolytes who lead the corrupted followers of the apocalyptic cults so easily found in the dying lands of the North and beyond, many immortal legionnaires and monstrosities since their dark arts enabled them allow to control them.
