Ogroid Theridons

The armies of the Slaves to Darkness aren't short on ways to pulverize their opponents, but if you're looking for a unit with a little more pizzazz, the ferocious Ogroid Theridons are for you. These hulking beasts use their bestial nature to strike down their foes.

Serving the armies of Chaos as fearsome shock troops, ogroid theridons can always be found where the fighting is hottest, using their monstrous strength and keen combat skills to slash broad swathes of destruction into the enemy's ranks. Once rulers of a mighty Empire spanning the realm of beasts, the Goroa were brought into the service of Archaon by promises of a new homeland safe from Orruk invasions - a realm now known as the Eightgates lured. Now known as the Ogroids, they build sinister citadels, forge mighty weapons, and serve as overseers in the shadow of Varan Keep.

This multi-part plastic kit makes three Ogroid Theridons - fierce warriors who tower over most mortal soldiers. Each Theridon can be equipped with any brutal weapon you choose - either a Goroa two-handed ax or a Goroa Malchus with a shield. The kit also includes Parts to build one model as a Thorakon champion with a unique shield ornament and the other two models as a proud standard bearer and a stormhorn musician.

Also included are plenty of cosmetic options to customize your Ogroid Theridons - the kit's shields, shoulder pads and ax heads are interchangeable, as are the five pairs of faces and horns. There are five Chaos Symbols - representing Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, Slaanesh, and Chaos Undivided - to adorn the Thorakon's armor, and five more to Crown the Banner Bearer's standard.
