Dreadscythe Harridans
Dreadscythe Harridans were once Healers and Nurses, women dedicated to alleviating ailments and prolonging life. It is undoubtedly these very offenses that have caught Nagash's attention. To deny the Great Necromancer one's souls at their rightful appointed time is to earn a cold wrath unparalleled.
Nagash waits for no mortal, nor will he have his plans interfered with. It was imperative that he teach such scoundrels and intruders a lesson. Verily, no one would forestall death. Thus, in the afterlife, Nagash prepared a special reward for those guilty of such crimes - the terrible Harridan Curse. This ominous curse twisted the offending souls and reshaped them into something quite the opposite of what they once were.
Bone scythes grow where there were once healing hands, horrific cutting Tools destined for murder. Where their demeanor had been gentle and caring, the Dreadscythe Harridans - as they were formerly known - are now rabid killers. In life, the sight of blood and bruises made them feel compassion, but now it only fuels greater anger. And lips that uttered soft and soothing words to assuage a patient's concerns now utter incomprehensible, bloodthirsty screams that make all but the bravest tremble with fear. Unable to speak out, the Harridans only grow angrier. Those who led in life do so in death - at the head of Dreadscythe Harridan's packs are the Slasher Crones, the most formidable killers of their kind.
Perhaps the most disturbing consequence of the Harridan Curse is that the minds of the former healers are intact and conscious. Most Specters lose all aspects of their mortal life, but not so the Dreadscythe Harridans. While retaining their old memories, they are no longer able to control their actions, leaving everyone aware of and fully witnessing to the atrocities they commit, but unable to do anything to stop them.
Instead of weapons, they have elongated scythe arms like a praying mantis, and their skulls are adorned with beautiful roses in their hair. You get the opportunity to build two of these models with Slasher Crones
