Hurakan Windcharger

The Hurakan Windchargers are the Hurakan warrior ranks of the Lumineth Realm Lords. They are swift hunters, moving across the battlefield with unparalleled grace. It is said that once the Windchargers have a target in mind, there can be no survival. They strike like the wind - impossible to catch, impossible to dodge and always racing hard. They differ from the Auralan Sentinels in that they don't fire volleys of arrows, but rather a single sniper shot that strikes with precision to kill a target.

Key to the Windcharger's abilities lies in their relationship with their Wind Aelementors - they carry the arrows around obstacles, through embrasures in fortresses, and pierce the gaps in shield walls - all faster than a speeding bullet. As such, it is more common for the shot to simply rip off the tip of the target and hit with a force more akin to a javelin than a traditional dart.

Windfighters tame their treerunner mounts by singing them a soothing tune or melody to the beast's moody soul. As such, the mounts develop great loyalty to their rider, carrying them through the realms like a zephyr.

Windchargers are armed with Windcharger Bows. They also carry swords, less for combat purposes and more as a nod to tradition, abandoning them in favor of the bow.

This kit contains 89 plastic components with which to build 5 Hurakan Windchargers, with the options to build one as a Seneschal Unit Leader and one as a Standard Bearer. They are supplied with 5x Citadel 60mm x 35mm Oval Bases.
