Archmage Teclis
Teclis, along with his brother Tyrion, was the god of the kingdom of Hysh.
Teclis was awakened by his brother Tyrion in the realm of Hysh. To their delight, they found something familiar, Sigmar, but that emotion quickly turned to despair when they learned there were no Aelves outside of Azyrheim. Both vowed to join Sigmar and his growing pantheon.
Upon reaching Azyr, Teclis eagerly seized the opportunity to meet the found Aelves, explore their vast libraries, and consult with venerable Elders like Dracothian. It was Teclis who imparted learning and science to the people of Azyr. The Illuminator didn't stop there, however; He did more than any other god to spread the study of magic throughout the realms, helping found the Collegiate Arcane and instructing the Eldritch Council in the ways of his lost people.
Sanasay Bayla, the most powerful mage in the realm of Ghyran, begins his quest for the end of the realm by visiting the great temple of Teclis the Wise in his home city of Andamar. He climbs the spiral staircase, drinks a single drop of Mona nectar, and whispers the necessary incantations that transport him to a world of five suns, where he meets the god. Teclis advises him to go to the duardin iron temples and gain access to the necessary portal and defeat the guardian behind whom only death can kill. While giving the magician his blessing, he warns him that he may not find what he truly desires there.
When the plan to capture Slaanesh was complete, Teclis almost completely withdrew from Azyr to ensure the secret restoration of Aelven society was a success. As the one who discovered the best way to elicit souls from the pleasure god's grasp and wished to improve society at his own discretion, Teclis received the first batch of souls, which he would name Cythai. These creations, however, were false and fled to the oceans from his true light, becoming the Idoneth Deepkin. He tried to destroy these wretches, but his brother Tyrion persuaded him not to.
Learning from his past mistakes, he created the Lumineth, Aelves, whom he believed to be flawless despite having flaws within.
The Spire of Prios, a tower built by Teclis from Aether Quartz, used its cleansing ray to lessen the timid Necroquake.
Morathi warns the Aelven gods of Slaanesh's eventual escape and only Teclis listens, secretly seeking their wisdom. Gathering the martial commands of Hysh, he invokes ancient pacts with the spirits of the realms to bolster the might of his resplendent warhosts in preparation for a coming era of conflict.
