Nowadays, apartments are getting smaller and yet higher.
This set includes a five-story studio apartment building downtown.
It features playable fire escapes and an open roof with access to four removable floors below. This makes it easy to access the different levels of the building. The exterior details on the front of the kit and the fire escape look great when painted. If you want to raise the kit to a certain height to better fit your board, you can add or remove floors and the kit will still work perfectly.
The kit is made of 3mm MDF, is easy to assemble and looks great on the tabletop. Great backdrop for modern and post-apocalyptic 28-35mm wargames.
The model is supplied unpainted and requires assembly. We recommend using PVA Glue for best results.
