Judicator with Gryph-Hounds
Judicators are warriors who serve in the Strike Chambers' Justicar Conclaves. While Liberators engage in melee combat with sword and shield, Judicators rain a barrage of magical bolts and arrows on the Stormhosts' enemies.
Judicators rush to war from behind the shield walls of the Liberators of the Strike Chambers, raining bolts of lightning magic upon the God-King's enemies. Their attacks are swift and devastating, their bolts and arrows capable of knocking down the howling hordes of Chaos. With the help of their celestial weapons, they can hit enemies at great distances and at high speeds. Judicators can also see inherent evil, an ability that has aided the Stormhosts many times, such as when the Knights Excelsior's Judicators sensed the evil intentions of the vampiric Lord von Drecht during a trial and fired their arrows at the Soulblight minions, those lurking in The Shadows.
As is common among Stormhost warriors, Judicators are organized into retainers. Each entourage of Judicators is led by a Judicator Prime. Judicators wield a variety of storm-imbued ranged weapons, including Skybolt Bows, Shockbolt Bows, Boltstorm Crossbows, and Thunderbolt Crossbows. These weapons do not fire normal projectiles, but rather magical ammunition imbued with the powers of Azyr. Judicators can defend themselves at close range thanks to their Storm Gladiuses.
The Knight-Judicator wears the lightest variant of the new Thunderstrike armor and is adorned with an animal mark depicting the face of an eagle. He sits on a stage set as he draws back the string on his mighty bow. Two Gryph-hounds are sculpted and will pounce on a nearby enemy while disrupting. This 17-piece multi-part snap-in kit builds a Knight-Judicator with two head options. The kit also makes 2 Gryph-hounds and is supplied with 1 90mm Oval base and 2 40mm Round Bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.
