Giant crustaceans, summoned by the ancient sea deity Ryujin, have been cast ashore, unleashing a wave of chaos and intrigue. These colossal Creatures, accustomed to foraging for sustenance on the ocean floor, have now taken to land, bringing with them their bizarre habits of scavenging and predation.
In the watery realm of the abyss, these crustaceans were experts at sifting through the detritus of the deep, feasting on the remnants left behind by other oceanic predators. Fins, flukes, and fish guts were their usual prey, sustaining them in the murky depths. But now, in this alien environment of terra firma, their menu has taken a grotesque and sinister turn.
No longer content with the offerings of the sea, the monstrous crustaceans have adapted their voracious appetite to the unfamiliar Terrain. Instead of the discarded remnants of marine life, they now seek their sustenance from a different source - humans. Monks, samurai, and even the unfortunate ashigaru have become the unwitting victims of this oceanic invasion.
These colossal crabs have earned themselves two distinct monikers in this strange new world. On one hand, they are known as "Kani-chan," a variant that offers a unique and terrifying advantage to players who dare to harness their power. Kani-chan facilitates a novel approach to the game, allowing your sharks to charge at bleeding models with newfound ferocity, turning the tide of battle in your favor.
On the other hand, there exists "Kani-kun," a variant that focuses on ranged protection and introduces a brand-new Ronin kami model into the mix. With Kani-kun by your side, your strategies will evolve, and your opponents will find themselves outmatched and outmaneuvered.
