Description
Hiryu is an ashigaru from the city of Eddo who differs from his fellow ashigaru in ryu in the heavier armor he wears. He also adeptly wields the northern favored naginata rather than the yari; which is standard in ryu. A lifelong soldier, Hiryu firmly believes in simple combat. He understands the ebb and flow of the line and is at his best in combat when fighting shoulder to shoulder with his fellow Ashigaru.
