Infantry weapons teams play a pivotal role in Bolt Action armies, offering valuable tactical flexibility and posing various challenges to adversaries. Among the most prominent teams are sniper teams, flamethrower teams, and anti-tank teams, each providing its unique set of capabilities.

The Panzerschreck, originating as a German adaptation of the American bazooka, was first encountered in North Africa. This weapon fired a large-caliber shaped-charge rocket projectile. Notably, the back-blast produced during firing was so intense that early teams resorted to wearing protective capes and masks. Subsequently, a blast shield was integrated into the weapon's design, giving it a distinctive appearance. By 1944, the Panzerschreck and disposable anti-tank Panzerfaust had largely replaced the older Panzerbüchse 39 anti-tank rifle.

The Battle of Stalingrad witnessed Russian snipers inflicting heavy casualties on the beleaguered Wehrmacht. In response, the Germans initiated the training and equipping of their own marksmen, who were designated as snipers. A diverse array of rifles were utilized for sniping duties, including the standard KAR-98K and the semi-automatic Gewehr 43. These rifles were equipped with high-quality ZF39 telescopic sights and loaded with precision-manufactured ammunition.

Flamethrowers, known as Flammenwerfer in German, saw extensive use throughout the war, often employed against buildings or fortified positions. In the latter stages of the conflict, the Germans introduced a lighter and smaller design capable of delivering a single burst of flames, effectively functioning as a one-shot flamethrower known as the Eintossflammenwerfe. However, it remains uncertain whether this weapon was ever actually utilized in combat. Infantry weapons teams equipped with these versatile tools added depth and adaptability to infantry units in the dynamic battles of Bolt Action.
