Gecko Pilot

Geckos were the lightest and smallest T.A.G. Model in the Reptile series, as well as the first to become obsolete. As a reconnaissance and early contact T.A.G. conceived, the limited speed capabilities of its tiny engines, light armor and rudimentary fire control system soon seemed insufficient in the bitter arms race of the human sphere. But for all their shortcomings, geckos had one virtue that Corregidor's military held in high esteem: they were comparatively very cheap. The Jurisdictional Command of Corregidor also appreciated the simplicity of its design, which facilitates maintenance tasks, as well as its small size, which makes it ideal for naval operations and movement in the narrow corridors of starships and orbitals, which are the most common environments for this nomadic force.
