This extra floor is compatible with all buildings in the series (COL001 to COL006) and integrates seamlessly into the modular City of Longfall system. Three balconies are included and can be attached in various configurations to suit your build.
This is a multi-part, unpainted MDF lasercut kit in 28 mm scale that requires assembly.
