Eternus, Blade of The First Prince
Archaon's best shock troops are known as the Varanguard. From this elite roster, his eternal rival Be'lakor plucked Eternus and imbued it with the souls of the Stormcast Eternals to create a champion for his own armies. This kit builds Eternus, Blade of the First Prince or a generic Chaos Lord on Daemonic Mount.
Eternus, formerly known as Atarus, a member of the Eighth Circle of Varanguard, renounced his service to Archaon and was thrust into the lightning-shaken region known as the Cursed Skies, trapped between the whirling souls of the Stormcast Eternals, unable to return to the realm of Azyr . Reanimated by Be'lakor, his burned form was imbued with the souls of these Stormcast Eternals, given new life by the very Black lightning that tormented him for eternity.
Eternus serves the plans of Be'lakor and works tirelessly not to abandon his master lest he lose his gift of immortality. He is currently promoting a secret Be'lakor agenda to usurp Archaon in his position as Grand Marshal of the Apocalypse, using spies and covert agents such as the Chaos Legionnaires.
The First Prince's Blade was one of Archaon's loyal Varangarden - a champion of the Eighth Circle known as Atarus - until he abandoned the Everchosen and swore allegiance to the Dark Master. Destroyed by Be'lakor's sorcery and reborn, he became Eternus - the First Prince's chosen agent. The Traitor Lord now rides at the head of Be'lakor's legions, crushing rivals in battle and commanding a vast network of spies and agents. Even death cannot stop his machinations, for each time Eternus is slain he is reborn in a Black flash - a cruel parody of Sigmar's Stormcast Eternals.
This multi-part plastic kit builds Eternus, Blade of the First Prince - the immortal enforcer of Be'lakor's will. This imposing champion of the Dark Master sits atop his rearing demonic mount, the mighty Drakocephalus, and wields both a runed deathglaive and a ferocious skull flail. His ornate armor is adorned with lewd demonic faces befitting the First Prince's chosen agent, while four pennants hang on his back in a mockery of chivalrous glory, fluttering in the foul winds of accursed heaven.
This kit can alternatively build a Chaos Lord on Daemonic Mount armed with either a Chaos Lance or a Cursed Warhammer.
This kit comes as 71 plastic components, and is supplied with a Citadel 90x52mm Oval base. This miniature comes unpainted and requires assembly
