A mighty warrior and leader of legendary reputation, Elrond took part in many great battles on the frontlines - fighting Sauron in the War of the Last Alliance and witnessing the fall of the Dark Lord. He tried to convince Isildur to finally destroy the One Ring - an act that would have prevented much suffering in the Third Age. In addition to his prowess as a fighter and magician, Elrond is blessed with the gift of foresight, allowing his allies to share much wisdom. Elrond is depicted here in the elaborate and ornate armor he wore during the War of the Last Alliance, and is accompanied by a standard-bearer bearing the banner of Gil-galad.
The elves are among the most able warriors in Middle-earth and their skill on the battlefield far exceeds that of humans and Dwarves, while the elves' archers are unrivaled in all known lands. Though their armies may seem small compared to the elven armies of days gone by, they are powerful enough to take on any foe on the battlefield.
This 17-part plastic kit contains the Parts needed to assemble Elrond on foot and on horseback, plus one High Elf warrior with standard. This kit is supplied with one 40mm round base and two 25mm round Bases. This kit is supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Color Paints.
