Eisenhorn the Inquisitor

The Inquisition is the most powerful organization in the many bureaucratic ramifications of the Empire. Their agents, the Inquisitors, inspire fear and respect in equal measure. They are creatures of myth as much as they are beings of flesh and blood, ruthless personalities who swoop down to judge the mutant, the traitor, and the heretic. Known for his steely determination and willpower, Gregor Eisenhorn is a legend among Inquisitors. Over the course of his career he went from puritan to radical - a journey that has more than once been met with accusations of heresy, though Eisenhorn has consistently proved himself a righteous man. Those who have fallen into Eisenhorn's path and survived are not too keen on catching his attention a second time.

This multi-part resin kit contains all of the components necessary to build Eisenhorn. The miniature depicts Eisenhorn in his younger years - high cheekbones, a glorious jawline and gelled hair framing an imperious Inquisitor stare. He carries various tools of office with him - a masterful bolt pistol in his right hand, a runestaff slung from his back, which also dangles scrolls of the Inquisition, and a electrocurse grenade. His sword, Barbariser, is sheathed at his belt. He is clutching another scroll of the Inquisition in his left hand and around his neck he wears the Seal of the Inquisition, again crowned by an aquila, making the model a stunning example of imperial iconography. Even on the left shoulder of his ornate armor and cloak combination is a seal of purity. A splintered Inquisition symbol is sculpted on the base, which Eisenhorn strides over with determination - a metaphor for his journey from puritan to radical. Bolt shell casings and a horned skull complete the base.
