The GrimmStone is the mainstay of the dwarven fleet - it is the most standardized in construction of all dwarven ships, and newly promoted warsmiths can build and command such a ship with relative ease. They are numerous, robust and reliable. Despite her small number of guns, her rate of fire combined with the increased accuracy of her broadside sponsons makes her on par with larger ships when it comes to artillery. Though considered more vulnerable to boarding than larger ships, the Dwarves compensate with fully enclosed gundecks protected by rune-sealed hatches. The enemy would underestimate these battleships at their peril.
