This model comes as a package, unassembled and unpainted.
The Parts of the model are designed to snap together for quick and easy assembly. It may be necessary to Glue some Parts of the model - use PVA Glue (white). The model is cut from one or more HDF boards (High Density Fiberboard) with a thickness of 3 mm.
The building is compatible with the rest of District 5's product line.
The doors can remain armored or be removed. Multiple District 5 Staircase Buildings can be assembled to any height.
Inside there is enough space for the S2 Silhouette.
