Dialogus
Overview
Revered in the Ministorum as some of the most learned Figures in the ecclesiarchy, the Sisters Dialogous generally keep to themselves. Inquisitors venturing into places that speak new or unusual dialects often seek them out for their abilities to crack ciphers and translate languages. They are considered invaluable in their ability to translate enemy communiqués, and often work in tandem with the Inquisition on these tasks. During battle, they will serve as channels through which the Canonesses of the Order of Militant sing commands and prayers of defiance. Large contingents of Dialogous remain on a world after the enemy has been purged, aiding the Ecclesiarchy as they scour the planet for traces of heresy. They often translate ancient writings containing accounts of the emperor into High Gothic.
Although they specialize in languages ??and information processing, Sisters Dialogous are just as martially trained and fanatically devoted to the Imperial Creed as any Battle Sister. Sisters Dialogous generally only leave their libraries when their language or cipher skills are needed. There have been instances where a full mission has been dispatched to retrieve data, although this is rare due to the high level of risk involved in giving sisters access to sacred and secret information. This has resulted in the Dialogous being much more closed off and somewhat naïve. The seniors of the Order preserve the ancient texts of the Source Vault.
Content
The kit builds a single Dialogus that carries a variety of microphones and vox speakers, allowing her to amplify her sacred speech across the battlefield. Floating in front of the Dialogus is a lectern with reliquary parchment hanging from it, and additional verses on the candle-topped tribune.
This set comes as ten plastic components, and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base. The model is unpainted and requires assembly.
