Celestar Ballista is a powerful Sacrosanct Chambers magical artillery commanded by the warrior engineers known as the Sacristan Engineers. Originally made to protect the Anvil of Apotheosis itself, these weapons were placed in the high archways overlooking Sigmar's palaces and the halls within.

The design allows them to rotate in a full circle to provide a better field of fire, and can be disassembled and carried by the two Sacristan Engineers who operate them to suit Stormcast Eternals' mobile forces. The Sigmarite bolts fired from the Ballista can pierce through an oak drawbridge even without enchantments. Atop the spiers of the Sigmarabulum, the Sacristan engineers use their magical talents to cause scattered lightning to strike the runed lightning bolts, which has resulted in several premature reforges. However, the benefits far outweigh the risks. When fully charged, the bolts become red-hot and can produce starry visions on contact with their bare skin, but Sacristan Engineers are unaffected due to their heavy gauntlets. They are then loaded into special cartridges to be carried into battle.

In combat, they are loaded onto the ballista and blasted out like blue and white energy that blasts through the enemy in an arcane chain blast force. With his versatility and impressive rate of fire, he can dominate the battlefield, and when focused on a single target, his accuracy and power can severely damage even a larger demon. However, most of the time it is used in a defensive role.

This kit comes in 17 components, and is supplied with a Stormcast Eternals Transfer Sheet, a Citadel 60mm Round Base and 2 Citadel 40mm Round Bases.
