This Kit contains a Brownstone Extension, which adds an extra floor to the Brownstone Building. This is an incomplete set and meant to be used in conjunction with the Brownstone Building.
The Kit comes unpainted and requires assembly.
The Set is made from 3mm MDF and is easy to assemble and comes unpainted.
