Trolls are large, humanoid creatures whose feeble brains are matched only by their mighty stature. It's common for trolls to be twice the size of a normal human, and since many are afflicted with Chaos, it's not uncommon to see a troll with various mutations. The common troll can be found in Trollland, an unforgiving expanse of land on the edge of the Chaos Wastes, the river trolls that inhabit the various rivers of the Old World, cave trolls - giants of the underworld, the snow trolls of Norsca, and stone trolls, more commonly in the mountains. Trolls mainly play for three teams - Orcs, Chaos Renegades and, more notoriously, the Goblins. Normally, when hiring a troll, the salary is food rather than coins (although trolls have no trouble digesting metal, stone, or dirt).
