Blood Bowl Nurgle Team
Chaos supporters have been involved in Blood Bowl since the sport's earliest days. Though most teams started out as a conglomerate of followers of all Chaos Gods, it wasn't long before teams became more selective in their choice of deity. Most teams draw their players from shady plague cults or roving bands of sick prophets - in fact, even the smallest cabal these days probably has an amateur team that hits the local wasteland for a quick kick every weekend.
On the field, what they lack in agility and coordination, they more than make up for with brute strength, a natural resilience to damage, and a whole playbook of stomach-turning tactics to bring the other team to their knees. Although Nurgle teams defy the conventional definition, they tend to be predominantly made up of Rotters - players who have only recently contracted Nurgle's Rot. Bloaters - Players so swollen with disease that they walk in hives of decay; Pestigors - beastmen attracted to smell; and red spawn players, so blessed by the plague god Nurgle that they have transformed into hideously mutated beasts.
