A curse for some, a blessing for others! Azami seems blessed with the fearsome visage of Orochi. When she turns to face her foes, points become frozen in terror, unable to defend herself or even think about attacking! She fights with a confusing chain rather than a noble weapon, using the weighted ends to crack skulls and bones. The spiraling motion of her chain entraps her foes as if trapped in the serpent's coils.
Azami is a great model to send against the enemy's best warriors while negating their parry. Even the bravest samurai cannot pass a test against their fear (6) with the terror trait. This allows her to reliably grab enemies and inflict heavy melee punishment while a second model comes in to finish off the enemy. She also has Fleet Foot and High Jump to ensure she can always reach her goal. Azami is an ideal addition to the Ito Starter Box and suits the Serpents Coil theme as a battle model.
