This kit comes as 16 plastic components, and is supplied with a 40mm round base. For rules on using Jain Zar in games of Warhammer 40,000, see Psychic Awakening: Phoenix Rising.
Jain Zar, dubbed "the Storm of Silence", is the Phoenix Lord and founder of the Aspect Warriors of the Howling Banshees Craftworld Aeldari.
Jain Zar became a passionate Aeldari Swordmaiden, famed for her speed and ferocity. She and her comrades learned well at the feet of their master, and in turn they took the mantles of the Asurya, the children of the Asurmen, spreading their own teachings about the stars and founding the shrines of the warrior aspects.
During this period, the first aspects were formalized, based on the specialties of their founders. Those Aeldari who wished to follow this new path learned at the feet of their master and in turn took on the mantle of the Exarchs before spreading across the galaxy. Great shrines were built on the Craftworlds as they ventured into space so that the Asurya's abilities could be preserved for all time.
Phoenix Armor – The legendary Phoenix Lords wear ancient, priceless aspect armor, finely crafted to withstand almost any weapon.
Mask of Jain Zar - The first and greatest of all Howling Banshee masks, this artifact has the power to transform its wearer's war cry into a devastating barrage, blinding the minds of all who hear.
Zhai Morenn – Known in the Aeldari lexicon as the "Blade of Destruction," this long and elegant polearm was created in the distant past but retains much of its original power. It is among the mightiest blades to survive from the Doomsday, yet it is light and easy to wield with bewildering speed.
Jainas Mor - Known in the Aeldari lexicon as the "Silent Death," this three-bladed thrown weapon possesses sharpened edges forged in the Warp's Anti-Flame. Black fire licks around its sharp surfaces as the Silent Death elegantly loops through the air, clearing decapitated bodies before returning to its Mistress.
