Retributors are the heavy weapon and melee support specialists of the Sisters of Battle.
It usually takes years for a Sister to rise to the prestigious rank of Retributor. These warriors are the most level-headed, steadfast, and determined of their kind. They are also some of the best sharpshooters in their order. To this end, they are given the task of providing aimed fire support to their more advanced sisters. As such, they are typically armed with heavy bolters, multi-meltas, or heavy flamethrowers. These weapons, combined with their ability to identify enemy weak points and optimal shooting solutions, make them devastating in combat. They typically push forward in combat, serving as anti-tank and fortification infantry. The more aggressive orders, such as the Order of the Argent Veil, often send squads of Retributors forward in armored transports.
Retributors believe that the Emperor himself directs their aim, but are the most logical and level-headed of all Sororitas, a trait that serves them well on the battlefield, prioritizing and completing their targets with quiet efficiency.
This kit makes five Retributors and two Armorium Cherubs. The Retributors can be assembled with your choice of heavy bolter, heavy flamethrower, or multimelta (two of each weapon are included in the set), while the Retributor Superior can be armed with a variety of ranged and melee weapons. This set comes as 115 plastic components, and is supplied with 5 Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 2 Citadel 25mm Round Bases. An Adepta Sororitas transfer sheet is also included.
