Celestian Sacresants
Heavily armored and highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat, Sacresants have traditionally acted as bodyguards for the leaders of their order. They also have a sacred duty to cleanse the unclean and drive them from places of sacred significance on the battlefield. Sacresants wield a variety of power halberds and maces along with shields and bolt Pistols to crush the unclean, and wield large, ornate shields to deflect their enemies' blows. Protected both physically and spiritually, Celestian Sacresants are the wall against which waves of heretics will break, and they are capable of overcoming many times their own numbers in battle.
Celestian Sacresants are those elite members of the Adepta Sororitas who have given up the life of bodyguard for their Canoness and instead travel the Empire on behalf of their order. Some root out heresy and turmoil while others hunt lost relics and holy sites, but all return at their master's call to fight with shield, club, and blade when the trumpets of war sound.
Armed with their distinctive Sacresant shields and clad in the signature Adepta Sororitas power armor, these melee specialists are an enduring force on the battlefield, capable of withstanding tremendous firepower. With a choice of armor-piercing anointed halberds or heavy holy maces, the Celestian Sacresants are armed to deal with the enemy's elite and emerge victorious. The kit comes as 69 plastic components with which to assemble five Celestian Sacresants, one of which can be assembled as a Celestian Superior, and is supplied with 5x Citadel 32mm Round Bases. This kit includes options for hooded or helmeted heads and can be equipped with either anointed halberds or sanctified maces.
